1. Master the reasonable height of the bracket: the height of the large support should be less than 0.1 m of the height of the bracket design, and the height of the small support should be greater than 0.2 m of the small height of the bracket design.
2. The valve block, column and jack used for the bracket. It is not allowed to be dismantled in the underground and can be replaced as a whole. Before the replacement, the cylinder should be shortened to *** as short as possible, and the joint should have a dust cap on the fashion.
3. All kinds of spare hydraulic hoses, valve blocks, hydraulic cylinders, pipe joints, etc. must be blocked with special plugs, and cleaned with emulsion when replacing.
4. When replacing the hose and valve block hydraulic parts, only the “no pressure” state is allowed, and the high pressure outlet is not allowed to be used.
5. It is not allowed to remove and adjust the safety valve on the bracket at will.
6, the hydraulic support operator must master eight operational essentials, namely: to achieve fast, uniform, enough, positive, straight, stable, strict, and clean.
7. If there is a problem with the roof and the coal gang, it should be reported to the squad leader in time or by the self-supporting or advanced dome of the bracket.
8. If the bracket is likely to be trussed, inverted, or bitten to affect the roof management, the necessary jacking jacks, short section anchor chains or single pillars should be prepared to adjust the correction when the next shift is made.
9. Clean up the obstacles in front of and on both sides of the bracket, and hang and tie the pipes, lines and communication facilities neatly.
10. Check the pipeline before each shift, and do not scrape the card to remove obstacles before the frame.
11. When moving the frame, the two sets of brackets above and below the frame are in a contracted state.
12. If the moving frame is blocked and the specified step is not reached, the operating handle should be placed in the liquid-breaking position, and the cause should be found and processed before continuing.
13. When the adjacent frame is operated, the next frame should be operated in the upper bracket; the frame must be in a safe place and operated facing the coal wall.It is strictly forbidden to inspect the body into the front end of the scraper conveyor or the front end of the hydraulic support base of the ankle.
14. No other personnel are allowed to work below and in front of the shift. When moving the end bracket, except for the shifting work, the rest of the personnel will be evacuated to a safe place.
15. Under the false top net, “with pressure shifting frame” can be used: keep a certain initial supporting force, close or slightly off the false top net forward moving bracket, to prevent the net from being scratched or the large net bag to cause roofing.
16. When the working face needs to be fired in the fault layer, hard coal and hard stone layer, the pillars, jacks, pipelines and communication facilities of the bracket must be covered to prevent collapse. The coal shovel must be cleaned before moving.
